How long we retain your data

Blog Comments

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Forms

When visitors or users submit a form, we retain the data indefinitely unless stated otherwise. If you want your data removed from a non-anonymous form you have submitted, please get in touch.

Online Store

We retain:

  • Inactive accounts: Indefinitely, until the account holder requests the account deletion.
  • Pending orders: Indefinitely, until the account linked to the order closes.
  • Failed orders: Indefinitely, until the account linked to the order closes, or the users asks for the order deletion.
